Putnam Earns Pitcher Of The Week Honors In NYCBL

Rising sophomore right-handed pitcher Kyle Putnam (New Windsor, N.Y.) of the Marist baseball team was named the New York Collegiate Baseball League's Pitcher of the Week for the week ending July 6. Putnam, who pitches for the Amsterdam Mohawks, did not give up an earned run over a span of 14.1 innings to earn the honor. more
Marist's Gauck Nabs Player Of The Week Award

Rising junior outfielder/first baseman Ryan Gauck (Clifton Park, N.Y.) of the Marist baseball team was named Player of the Week in the Valley Baseball League this past week. Gauck, who has helped lead the Fauquier Gators to a 16-11 record, is hitting .389 with two homers and 15 RBIs so far this summer. more
